In a new development, one of the best sales tools is the model home. We not only set the original models for a fraction of traditional model home cost, we take it a step further.

When a model sells, PR Design Group will 'FLIP' the furnishings to a like model for almost 1/3rd of initial model home design and installation cost.

Example: To stage lot X it costs the builder a staging fee. When lot X sells, we flip the inventory to a like model for a 1/3rd of original cost. We offer these terms for every same-like model in the subdivision. Stage it once, leverage it over and over. How’s that for your bottom line?
